FAQ
About FULL MOON
-
FULL MOON is an independent publication bringing together art, poetry, and reflective writing.
At its heart is a simple monthly ritual: with every full moon, an original painting and poem are released together and added to the Archive. Between full moons, the Journal is a space for longer reflections on creativity, art, philosophy, and the experience of being human.
FULL MOON is an invitation to slow down, notice, and spend a little more time with things that are often easy to pass by.
-
With every full moon, a new original painting and poem are released together.
The two works belong to the same release, exploring an idea, feeling, or moment through both words and images. After each full moon, the release becomes part of the FULL MOON Archive, creating a growing collection over time.
-
The FULL MOON Archive is a collection of the paintings and poems released with each full moon.
Every entry brings together an original artwork and a poem from that month's release. Over time, the Archive becomes a record of the project—one full moon, one painting, and one poem at a time.
-
The Journal is where FULL MOON goes beyond the monthly releases.
It is a collection of essays, observations, and personal reflections on creativity, art, philosophy, everyday life, and other questions worth spending time with.
Unlike the Archive, the Journal does not follow the full moon cycle. New entries are published when there is something worth writing about.
-
FULL MOON is an independent project created by a single artist and writer.
The paintings, poems, Journal entries, and monthly full moon releases all come from the same creative practice, allowing the visual and written sides of FULL MOON to grow alongside one another.
Art & Editions
-
FULL MOON primarily features original digital artworks, alongside occasional works created by hand using watercolor.
The digital artworks are created as original pieces and are available as physical fine art prints.
-
A fine art print is a high-quality physical print of an artwork, produced using professional printing methods and carefully selected materials for lasting quality and accurate detail.
At FULL MOON, original digital artworks are transformed into physical fine art prints, bringing the digital work into a tangible form that can be collected and displayed.
-
A limited-edition print is produced in a fixed and predetermined number of copies. Unlike an open edition, it is not reproduced indefinitely.
Each FULL MOON limited-edition print belongs to a specific edition. Once all prints in that edition are produced, the edition is complete, and no additional copies are made as part of it.
-
Yes. Each limited-edition FULL MOON print is individually hand-signed and numbered by the artist.
Each print also comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA), which includes its edition number and confirms its place within the limited edition.
-
A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is a document that accompanies an artwork and confirms its authenticity and edition details.
Each FULL MOON limited-edition print comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity that includes the corresponding edition number, creating a record that connects the physical print to its place within the edition.
-
FULL MOON fine art prints are produced using giclée printing with archival pigment inks on Hahnemühle German Etching 310 gsm fine art paper.
The paper has a natural texture that gives the work a tactile quality while preserving the detail and character of the original digital artwork. It is acid-free and designed for long-term archival quality.
Specific printing and material details are also listed on each artwork's product page.
