Made-to-Order Products

Our artworks are produced individually after each order is placed. This means that each print is manufactured specifically for you upon purchase.

However, the products are not personalized or custom-designed for an individual customer. Therefore, the standard statutory right of withdrawal applies without restriction.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
